We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. If you need to change it for a different size or an alternate style, that's absolutely no problem! We are all about customer love at Miss G so please be assured that you can shop online with us risk free. If you receive your item and find that it's not the right fit or you have changed you mind, we are happy for you to return the item to us within 14 days of the item being received. Just follow the very simple returns procedures below. Too easy.

We ask that you please take care in trying on the clothes when you receive them to ensure that they are kept in pristine condition.
Items purchased from Miss G may be returned within 14 days after receipt for a Miss G Credit to the value of the item (less original shipping costs if applicable).
The Miss G Credit is valid for 12 months.
Returns are subject to the following conditions.
The item must be returned to Miss G within 14 days after receipt in the same condition as it was delivered:
- Undamaged (including any traces of makeup, deodorant , fake tan or perfume)
- With all original tags attached.
If the item does not satisfy all of these conditions it cannot be returned.
We are happy to receive returns on Sale items as well as full priced items.
How to return your item
To process your return simply complete a Return Form and follow the easy steps outlined in this form.
Once we receive your return, we will process it and email you your Miss G Credit as soon as possible (usually within 24 hours).
Customers are responsible for postage costs for returns. If returned items are not received in their original condition and do not satisfy the return conditions will not be accepted. We reserve the right to return the item to the customer. Rejected items will be sent back to customers at the customer's own expense.
All of our clothing is made to the highest standard and inspected prior to shipping it to you. If, however, you receive an item that is faulty or damaged, please contact the Miss G team immediately at teamG@missgfashion.com.
For items that are assessed as faulty or damaged, we will refund, repair, exchange or credit the item at the customer’s option.
